Bought in 2021 by private individuals (Jean-Yves Larraufie & our director Anne-Flore Maman Larraufie) it is currently a private residence. The right-hand side of the Chalet, known as the ‘Extension’, has been the headquarters of SémioConsult since the summer of 2021.
Built in 1863 by the Minister of Finance of Napoleon III, the Grand Duchess Marie of Russia and the Khedive of Egypt, Ismaïl Pacha, stayed there.
The Chalet des Roses owes its name to the colour of its granite façade and to the more than 50 species of roses in its garden.
It is located in the Napoleon III Park, a few metres from the Vichy thermal baths.
Listed as a Historic Monument, this Imperial Chalet is open to the public under certain conditions and is part of the city of Vichy’s cultural policy and international influence.
